How Much is Delivery & How Long Will It Take?
As long as we receive your order before 12 noon, our aim is to process it and dispatch it the same day or next working day (as long as the item is in stock). If we cannot meet this time frame, we will let you know by email.
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland.
Orders for delivery within New Zealand (prices in NZD):
New Zealand orders are sent either via New Zealand Couriers or NZ Fast Post. We do double check all addresses upon receipt to verify them.
- To urban addresses orders are sent via New Zealand Couriers and require a signature. You should include a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the item (e.g., a work address). If no one is available New Zealand Couriers will leave a card for collection. Packages are held by the courier for 1 week after which time they will be returned to Canine Spirit. Redelivery of yoru order will incur additional delivery charges. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch date. You will be sent a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email. WE CANNOT SEND COURIER TO A PO BOX.
- To PO Boxes rural and RD addresses are sent via NZ Fast Post and arrive in 2-4 days.
- For very large or bulky orders we may dispatch via Registered NZ Post.

Targeted deliver is overnight to Auckland and North Island, 1-2 days to the South Island and 1-4 days to rural areas.
Orders for delivery to Australia (prices in AUD):
Australian orders generally go out NZ Post/Aus Post from our Auckland warehouse and you can choose for them to be dispatched via Regular Air Mail or Economy Express Courier. Delivery must be to a POSTAL ADDRESS. Priority Express Courier can be requested - please email us for a quote and upgrade to this service.
- Air Mail is untracked and generally arrives in 3-7 business days but we do need to allow up to 15 days before we can raise a case tracking. Bear in mind delivery to east coast cities such as Sydney will be faster than to west coast or to rural addresses. Delivery must be to a postal address so if you are delivering to a work address please include the relevant PO or GPO Box if available.
- Economy Express Courier is a tracked service that is targeted to arrive in 2-3 days - allow an extra day to rural addresses. A signature is required.
- Express Courier can be requested. This is a priority service that is typically is delivered in 1-3 days. Costs are approximately an additional $20-$25 however, please contact us via email for a quote and upgrade to this service.

Canine Spirit UK is based in Hampshire and can despatch throughout the UK and Europe including BFPO.
Orders to other international destinations
International orders are most welcome. Please contact us on info@caninespirit.co.nz to let us know what you are interested in purchasing and we will get back to you with costs and estimated delivery times. Additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods - these will be the responsibility of the customer.
